Orders & Payment

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. All payments are made in USD via Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

Shipping

We ship within the US and internationally. Shipping times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in original packaging. Custom or personalized items are final sale. Contact us at support@perellajewelry.com to initiate a return.
